Good basis (v1)

A reference basis (element numbers, e.g. 1,2,4) used to build an earlier realization space chart. It was chosen by an older heuristic and imported as input for the rank-3 census. The repository notes that a basis stored under this generic name need not have been produced by any particular documented algorithm.

The current charts use good_basis_v2.
