Realizable in characteristic 0

The matroid is realizable over some field of characteristic 0, equivalently over $\mathbb C$. In the database this is true exactly when $0$ belongs to the characteristic set, and it is read off the stored realization space. The Fano matroid is realizable, but only in characteristic 2, so it is not realizable in characteristic 0.
