Self-dual

A matroid is self-dual if it is isomorphic to its dual $M^*$, i.e. some permutation of the ground set maps the bases of $M$ to the complements of the bases. This forces $n = 2r$. Compare identically self-dual. Copied from polyDB (SELF_DUAL).
