Unexpected characteristic dimension
True when some fiber dimension stored in rs_characteristic_dimensions differs from the fixed-field expected dimension, expected_dimension_over_Z $- 1$. Classical examples include the Pappus and Hesse ($AG(2,3)$) configurations on 9 points, whose realization spaces are larger than the incidence count predicts.
